Vaulty is a private photo vault for storing selected photos behind Face ID or a custom 4-digit PIN.

Getting started Open Vaulty and create your 4-digit PIN. Use the plus button to import photos from your photo library. After import, choose whether to delete the originals from Photos. Tap any photo to view details, favorite it, or add a private note.

Photo access Vaulty asks for photo access so you can import selected images. If you choose to delete originals after import, iOS may ask you to confirm deletion from the Photos app.

Local storage Vaulty stores imported photos locally on your device. It does not use accounts, cloud sync, analytics, ads, or tracking SDKs.

PIN and Face ID You can turn Face ID on or off in Vaulty Settings. If Face ID is off, you can unlock directly with your 4-digit PIN. For privacy, Vaulty does not provide account-based PIN recovery.

App locking Vaulty is designed to require unlock every time you leave and return to the app.

Photo details Vaulty can show available image details such as import date, date taken, dimensions, file size, camera information, and location metadata when that information exists in the photo file.

Troubleshooting If import does not work, check iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Photos and make sure Vaulty has photo access. If Face ID does not appear, check iOS Settings > Face ID & Passcode and make sure Face ID is set up on the device.
